Hi, I'm Temika.
I'm a wellness advocate, the founder of HoneySuckle Lifestyle and a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-C).

HoneySuckle Lifestyle was born from a deeply personal journey. As a healthcare provider, I witnessed firsthand how hydration, stress, sleep, collagen integrity, and nutrition profoundly influence skin vitality and overall wellness.
