Hi, I'm Temika.

I'm a wellness advocate, the founder of HoneySuckle Lifestyle and a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-C).

Our Story

HoneySuckle Lifestyle was born from a deeply personal journey. As a healthcare provider, I witnessed firsthand how emotional, physical, and psychological well-being dominates our day-to-day lives — how hydration, stress, sleep, collagen integrity, and nutrition profoundly influence skin vitality and overall wellness. Yet I struggled to find clean, transparent, effective products that truly delivered on their promises, free from harsh chemicals, misleading greenwashing, and mass production shortcuts.

The focus has shifted over the last decade. Consumers are more health-conscious, informed, and intentional about what they put in and on their bodies. I know this firsthand — I have lived with chronic pain for over two decades. HoneySuckle Lifestyle grew out of that awareness: a desire to feel better, stronger, more confident, and radiant. To take care of myself from the inside out through diet, nutrition, exercise, rest, and conscious, informed choices.

I built this brand to share that passion with other women. That personal frustration became my mission: to create a brand rooted in transparency, clinical integrity, and genuine care. From our studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we curate and craft products that draw inspiration from ancient healing traditions and pair them with modern, evidence-informed formulations.
