Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you bring into your routine. If something isn't working for you, we're here to help — just reach out to our customer care team at customercare@honeysucklelifestyle.com before you buy or after your order arrives.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchange requests or store credit on unopened, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a request, email us at customercare@honeysucklelifestyle.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Because skincare and wellness products are personal-use items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Not Sure Which Product Is Right for You?

We recommend patch testing any new skincare product on a small area of skin 24–48 hours before full use. Our team is also happy to help you find the right fit before you order — just email us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to adjust your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to make changes or cancel before it ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale,” gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
